OneCity's 2026 plans for Vancouver, plan by plan
Every commitment in the plans OneCity lists on its Our Plans page, from 4,000 homes on city land to three new pools and free school meals, sorted by plan, with the party web page each one comes from and the government that would have to act.
THE DOCUMENT
What is in the OneCity Our Plans
OneCity's platform is a set of web pages. Its Our Plans page links to the party's plans, each published as a news release between August 7 and September 29, 2026. These pages cover those releases. The party says the plans add up to what it calls "98 ways" to build the city it wants.
Each plan has its own section here, and each section is split into pages by topic. Every page lists the commitments in the party's own order and links to the release it comes from, so you can read the party's own wording. We added one thing the party does not give: which government would have to act for each commitment, and why.
Most plans are for City Council: the local economy, public safety, climate and buildings, culture and neighbourhood life, housing, and the budget and voting system. The parks plan is written by the party's Park Board candidates and the schools plan by its School Board candidates. OneCity has no candidate for mayor on the ballot: its mayoral candidate, William Azaroff, ended his campaign on September 8, 2026. Daily Hive reported that he endorsed the Green Party's Pete Fry. The Tyee reported that he would not explicitly endorse Fry, citing uncertainty about Elections BC's rules. OneCity's candidates would work with a mayor from another party or an independent mayor.
This is the party describing its own plans
The Our Plans is a campaign document. We checked it on . Every page in this section reports what the party says it would do, links each chapter to the party page it comes from, and adds who would have to act. voche.me wrote these pages. The party did not write or approve them.

WHO WOULD HAVE TO ACT
Which government each commitment depends on
The platform does not say which government holds each power. We added it for every commitment. City Council, the Park Board and the School Board are the three bodies on the October 17 ballot. Where a commitment needs the province, the federal government or a regional body, the party can only ask.

QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS
Questions about the Our Plans
What is in OneCity's 2026 platform for Vancouver?
OneCity's Our Plans page links to plans on the local economy, public safety, climate and buildings, culture and neighbourhood life, parks and pools, schools, housing, and the city budget and voting system. Each was published as a news release between August 7 and September 29, 2026, and this site has a page for each topic.
Who are OneCity's candidates in the 2026 Vancouver election?
OneCity has no candidate for mayor on the ballot, because William Azaroff ended his mayoral campaign on September 8, 2026. Caitlin Stockwell, Frances Bula, Iona Bonamis (陶思穎), Jarrett Hagglund and Lucy Maloney are running for City Council. Dominic Denofrio, John Irwin and Tyler Petersen are running for Park Board. Christopher Lee (李基鵬), Krista Sigurdson, Rory Brown, Sherry Breshears and Steve Cardwell are running for School Board.
Has OneCity published a full platform PDF?
OneCity's platform is a set of web pages. Its Our Plans page links only to plan releases published between August 7 and September 29, 2026. These pages report every commitment in those releases, with a link to each one.
What is OneCity's biggest promise?
Its largest number is 4,000: a city-run People's Builder would build 4,000 affordable family homes on land the city already owns, according to the party's Housing for All plan of September 24, 2026. The city would guarantee loans and draw in federal funding.
Could OneCity carry out its plans if its candidates win?
Some commitments sit with City Council, the Park Board or the School Board. Others need the Province, the federal government, TransLink or BC Hydro, and the party can only ask them. OneCity has no mayoral candidate on the ballot, so its councillors would need votes from other members of council. Each commitment on these pages is labelled with the body that would have to act.
Who wrote these pages about OneCity's plans?
voche.me, an independent guide to the 2026 Vancouver election, wrote these pages from OneCity's own web pages. OneCity did not write or approve them. Every commitment is reported as something the party says it would do, and claims about the party's record are the party's own.
Other parties
We build a section like this for any party on the Vancouver ballot that publishes a full platform document. Every party is also covered on the same ten issues, side by side, so a shorter platform is compared on equal terms.
Sources
Every commitment on this page comes from the party's own material, marked SAYS SO ITSELF. It proves what the party says it would do. Who holds each power is our own addition, from the sources listed after it.
