TrueBlue Vancouver on transport: no road pricing, bike lane audit, protect parking
TrueBlue Vancouver's transportation section would oppose mobility pricing and congestion taxes, stop paid parking spreading into residential streets, audit bike lanes and remove those it says worsen traffic, and support transit projects only with transparent costs and proven need.

The aim of Transit and Getting Around, in the party's words
TrueBlue Vancouver's approach to transit & getting around is organized around the following commitments.
The transit and getting around section of TrueBlue Vancouver's 2026 platform is on pages 42 to 45. It covers cars and parking, sidewalks and bike paths, transit projects, walking and cycling, and an "Additional Policy" on balancing ways of travel. The cars, parking, walking and cycling policies are also printed in the climate section.
The party would defend driver choice, oppose mobility pricing and congestion taxes, and protect road space and street parking. It would audit bike lanes and redesign or remove those that, in its view, worsen traffic or take needed parking, and stop removing traffic lanes for what it calls underused bike routes on commercial streets. It would support transit improvements based on ridership and need, with transparent costs.
The city owns and designs its streets, bike lanes, sidewalks and parking rules, so Council could act on most of this section. Buses, SkyTrain and SeaBus are run by TransLink, a regional body the city does not control.
