TEAM argues that Vancouver’s transport infrastructure has not kept pace with population growth and that successive councils have treated personal vehicles as a problem while much of the city is hard to reach by transit.

TEAM would invest in road network improvement and maintenance so people can get around by car, transit, bicycle or on foot.
Expand bus service and add stops in under-served neighbourhoods
TEAM would expand the bus service and add new stops to build a citywide network, and stop the elimination of bus stops.

Restore off-street parking minimums
TEAM would reverse council’s decision and restore off-street parking minimums for all new construction.
Oppose road pricing
TEAM states it will not adopt punitive city-wide parking permits as previously proposed by council.
Repair sidewalks and improve pedestrian lighting
TEAM would repair broken or lifted sidewalk sections, add sidewalks in underserved areas, and upgrade street and pedestrian lighting.
