A commitment that a permit decision comes within 21 days. It is the only published permit deadline on this ballot. Other parties promise faster permitting without saying how fast.

The party commits to 100% free resident transit. Fares are set by TransLink, not the city, so a council would have to fund it and negotiate rather than vote it in. No cost or funding source is published.
What is 20% rent-to-own equity?
Part of what a tenant pays in rent builds up as a stake in the home. The party publishes the figure 20% but not how the scheme would be funded or who would run it.

A tax the party describes as a "fair share tax to fund the future", published as 2%. What it applies to is not published.
