Five towers and more than 1,000 homes proposed for Kingsway Safeway block
Crombie REIT and Wesgroup have submitted a development proposal for 3410 Kingsway that would replace the current Safeway, liquor store and parking lot with five towers ranging from 19 to 29 storeys.
