INDIGENOUS RECONCILIATION AND RIGHTS

OneBC on reconciliation

OneBC says it would repeal DRIPA, the Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples Act, and declare that UNDRIP has no force and effect in BC.

The party runs a petition asking the government to put the repeal of DRIPA to a referendum. The legislature’s 2026 index records Brodie asking the government about a referendum on repeal during question period.

The party gives no cost or start date for any of these proposals.
