How to check this party's money
Elections BC pays a yearly allowance to each party whose candidates won at least 2% of all valid votes, or at least 5% of the valid votes in the districts where it ran candidates, in the last general election.
In 2026 a person can give at most $1,513.29 in total to one registered party, including its candidates and constituency associations. A cash gift must be $100 or less.
The party’s own annual and election financial reports are filed with Elections BC and can be read in its Financial Reports and Political Contributions System.

Annual allowance paid by Elections BC
2025 · $873,628.28 on January 15, 2025 and $873,842.87 on July 15, 2025, based on the party’s votes in the 2024 election. This is public money paid to the party, and it is separate from the party’s own financial reports.
Annual allowance paid by Elections BC
2026 · $892,627.16 on January 15, 2026 and $892,627.15 on July 15, 2026. That is $1.89 for each of the 944,579 valid votes the party received in 2024.
What we have not done yet
- The party’s own annual financial reports and its 2024 election financing report have not been opened and transcribed. The Elections BC search runs through a form that did not return results to a direct request on September 30, 2026.
