This is from his 2022 school board campaign. The 2026 article reports that the school is being built; voche.me has not opened a Ministry of Education or school district record on the project or on his role in it.
What still needs checking
Open the district's capital plan and the Province's funding announcement for the school.
His dated actions come from school board minutes, the City of Pitt Meadows and reporting. The board minutes record most motions without the names of the trustees who moved them. One motion he introduced in October 2025, on youth nicotine prevention, is the only entry that earns a score.
Official record
Elected school trustee for Pitt Meadows
The City of Pitt Meadows reported that Katie Sullivan and Hudson Campbell were elected as the city's school trustees on October 15, 2022. The board's inaugural minutes of November 16, 2022 list him as a trustee.
Scope, limits and sources
An election to office is a job title and earns no score.
Declared a conflict of interest on the 2024 BC Summer Games item
The board minutes record that he declared a conflict of interest on a presentation about the 2024 BC Summer Games because of his role on the Games board of directors.
Scope, limits and sources
A declaration of interest shows a role. It is no vote or motion, so it earns no score.
The board minutes record that he introduced a motion directing him to write to the Attorney General of British Columbia, on behalf of the board, asking that part of the provincial tobacco litigation settlement fund school programs to prevent and stop youth nicotine use. The motion carried.
Scope, limits and sources
The minutes name him as the trustee who introduced the motion and record it as carried, without a count of votes. voche.me has not found the letter or a reply from the Province.
The Ridge reports that he hosted a climate rally in Maple Ridge as vice-president of the Maple Ridge Climate Hub, with a crowd The Ridge estimated at 65 people.
Scope, limits and sources
The Ridge published on September 20, 2023 and dates the rally to the Sunday before, which was September 17, 2023. An event attended or hosted earns no score.

School board trustee running for NDP in Maple Ridge East
Reports his candidacy against Lawrence Mok and his background as a trustee and constituency advisor.
Sources checked September 30, 2026. Official records establish decisions; campaign material establishes stated positions; reporting adds investigation and context. None alone establishes every claim.
No campaign website was found: hudsoncampbell.ca shows a parked page, campbell4sd42.com (his 2022 trustee site) no longer answers, and hudsoncampbell.bcndp.ca returns only a redirect. The BC NDP's Maple Ridge East page and its releases page do not name him, so the party's announcement of his candidacy was not found. His Instagram account returned a sign-in page, his Bluesky account is deactivated, and the X and Facebook accounts named on his link page were not read, so no post is used. The school board minutes from November 2023 onward are scanned images and were read with text recognition; they record motions as moved and seconded without names and give no vote counts, so his individual votes as a trustee are not known. The letter to the Attorney General that the board directed him to write in October 2025 was not found. His work for MLA Lisa Beare, his degree studies and his presidency of the Maple Ridge Climate Hub come from reporting, and voche.me has not checked them with the legislature, the university or the Climate Hub's records. Maple Ridge News reported a 2022 profile, 'Youth leader and student running for Maple Ridge-Pitt Meadows school board', that no longer opens and has no archive copy. All-candidates meetings in the district, campaign finances and endorsements were not found on this date.
