Victoria Davis appears on the City of Toronto’s list of certified candidates for Councillor in Ward 13 Toronto Centre. A certified candidate is one whose nomination the City Clerk has accepted. The list shows the nomination date as May 26, 2026 and the campaign website victoriaforcentre.ca.
Her website’s About section, the campaign’s own statement, says her first career was in hospitality and tourism, that she worked overseas for much of her adult life, and that her work has included retirement plans and mutual funds, teaching and coaching, and community work. It says she studied in the Assaulted Women’s and Children’s Counsellor/Advocate program and is a current student of Disability Studies at Toronto Metropolitan University. voche.me did not check these with the schools.
The Local’s Ward 13 tracker, updated September 21, 2026, says she previously led a drop-in program at the Church of the Holy Trinity, worked as the coordinator of a food bank in Scarborough and taught English as a second language, according to her LinkedIn. voche.me did not open her LinkedIn page and did not check these roles with the organizations.
Her website lists 12 priorities: housing as a human right, more public washrooms, connecting to nature, neurodivergence and disability awareness, entrepreneur and small business support, community building, transit, bikes and scooters, safety, youth leadership, a movement for peace and Indigenous leadership. On safety, the page says that moving funds from the police to support workers would allow the City to hire more peer workers to calm situations that police could not. These are the campaign’s statements, and the page gives no costs.
TTCriders’ page of Ward 13 candidate responses lists her answers to 15 of its 18 questions: Yes to 14 and No to 1. In comments on that page she said a $425 ticket or a criminal charge is an outrageous consequence for not paying the TTC fare, and that she could not agree to a blanket Yes on one question because the funding would need analysis. That page is TTCriders’ record.
