ALL FOUR ISSUES
Pick an issue
Each issue below is a real responsibility of an office on the Richmond ballot. Every party on this site is covered on the same four, so a party cannot look complete by choosing which subjects to appear on.
Housing
Hobbs told the Richmond News in March 2026 that the City should focus on seniors housing and more rental, and that the new Official Community Plan fits provincial zoning changes to each neighbourhood.
Budget
Hobbs told the Richmond News he supports a core services review on a priority basis to deliver services more efficiently, that lower taxes would mean cuts to police, fire or parks, and that the goal is to keep tax increases to inflation.
Governance
Hobbs's statement to the City lists transparency, accessibility and accountability at City Hall among his aims.
