No campaign website was found on 2026-10-01. His X account answered a direct request without signing in and showed its profile line and five posts; the account lists 532 posts, so most were not read. None of the five posts read states a 2026 campaign commitment. His teaching at Kwantlen Polytechnic University, the companies he co-founded, the N95 production line, the testing laboratory, the supply of masks to the Canadian Olympic Team and his Lions Club fundraising are stated by the party; voche.me has not checked them with the university, the companies, the accrediting body, the Canadian Olympic Committee or the club. Kwantlen Polytechnic University's faculty page returned HTTP 403. A 2020 Richmond News article describes an N95 mask project in Richmond led by a Kwantlen business instructor with a different first name. No page read ties that name to Gordon Zhang, so the article is not used. voche.me found no name for him in Chinese characters and no Chinese-language statement by him on 2026-10-01. A 51.ca article on a Chinese-Canadian candidate in a Richmond district returned HTTP 403 and could not be read. The party's candidate page labels him "Interim Conservative Party Leader". The party's own team page names Lorne Doerkson as leader and lists Zhang only as the Richmond-Steveston candidate, so voche.me does not repeat that label. BC Ballot lists Barry Wosk as announced by CentreBC for the district; he is not on the Elections BC list read on this date. The party's platform page says the platform is coming soon and does not name him, and no party news release naming him was found. All-candidates meetings, endorsements and campaign finances were not found on this date. The questionnaire has not been sent.
