The page says her involvement in politics began in college, and that she has since volunteered on campaigns, knocked on doors, made calls and worked in campaign offices. It does not name the campaigns. It says she is running to bring her experience as a mother, small business owner and lifelong Surrey resident to provincial politics.

voche.me has not confirmed her education, her jobs or her business role with the schools, employers or registries that would hold those records. voche.me has not contacted the campaign.

No campaign website was found by search or on the OneBC pages. The OneBC pages link only to the party's own social media accounts, and voche.me found no account of hers that a page ties to this candidacy. A Facebook search address returned HTTP 404. Four full web search engines could not be used for her name on this date: DuckDuckGo returned a challenge page, Bing returned unrelated pages, Mojeek returned HTTP 403 and Brave returned HTTP 429. The name search used Google News, which found one report of her candidacy, and direct reads of the party, Elections BC, Surrey Now-Leader and BC Ballot pages. A Google News search also returned an obituary for a person named Carolyn Hofbauer in Illinois. It has no stated link to this candidate and voche.me left it out. Her OneBC page says she manages BC Firearms Academy. voche.me read the home page of bcfirearmsacademy.ca, which describes a firearms safety course school with a location in Surrey. The page does not name her, so voche.me could not confirm her role. Her education, her jobs, the campaigns she volunteered on, her positions on the OneBC platform, all-candidates meetings in Surrey-Fleetwood, campaign finances and endorsements were not found on this date.
