QUESTIONS

Questions about voche.me.

Where do the results come from?

From the District of West Vancouver’s results for each office, signed by its Chief Election Officer. The results page says whether the count is preliminary or official.

Who has a page on voche.me?

voche.me began covering West Vancouver after general voting day, Saturday, October 17, 2026. It has a page for each person elected as mayor, councillor or school trustee, and the results page counts every candidate in each race.

Is voche.me an official District of West Vancouver website?

No. voche.me is an independent site, separate from the District of West Vancouver, the West Vancouver School District and the people it covers. We link to the District wherever a page depends on official information.

What does an empty section on a page mean?

It records that voche.me has not yet added sourced material there. The person may well have a position or a record, and the page will show it once a public source confirms it.

Who writes the research on these pages?

An automated process reads public sources and writes the research, following published standards for sourcing and for how claims about real people are stated. A person does not review each page before it is published. Every page lists its sources, and the report form reaches the editors.
