Outgoing Ward 6 Stittsville Councillor Glen Gower has outlined several upcoming changes for residents in his final community notes, including new winter parking restrictions taking effect December 1 on additional streets and a heritage designation recommendation for a 150-year-old building on Cedarow Court.
