Tammie Trellert's campaign website says she has more than 20 years of experience in executive business development and communications, in military, defence, government and private sector work, and that she stays involved with the Canadian military community, the arts and local charities. In the CTV News questionnaire she lists more than 20 years across business development, communications, marketing, finance, defence, insurance and government, including senior roles such as Director of Business Development and Communications, and work with organizations in the defence and Arctic sectors. CBC News describes her as someone who has worked in business development and media. These are her own statements, and voche.me has not checked them with an employer. The City's list shows her nomination dated May 5, 2026.
In the CBC News questionnaire she gives 27 years as the time she has lived in the ward, and says she has raised her family there and has worked with nonprofit and community boards. The sources voche.me read name no board. She says she is a first-time candidate and has knocked on doors across the ward over the past year.
Her campaign website's priorities page says the vision is families first. It proposes renewing St. Joseph Boulevard from Orléans to Highway 174 as a main street for local business, fixing transit and improving roads so families spend less time in traffic, and making streets safe and accessible for families, seniors, cyclists and people on foot.
Capital Current reported on September 24, 2026 that she did not respond to its request for comment by its deadline.
