The second is an active offer of mental health support, which means offering help before a student asks. The third is Franco-Ontarian life in schools. The fourth is efficient schools and careful use of resources, including energy savings that are put back into classrooms. The fifth is classroom temperature, with clear expectations for indoor temperatures and plans for heat waves. The website also says that a trustee does not decide alone and works with other board members and administration.
