It opens with the party's priorities, among them lower taxes, strong policing, treatment and recovery, roads and parking, and parental involvement in schools. The policies follow in sections, from climate and housing to schools and transit. The PDF gives no publication date. Each policy in the PDF has three parts. "Our commitment" states what the party would do. "What this means" and "Implementation" follow with general steps that repeat from policy to policy, such as assessing cost before acting and publishing results. These pages list the "Our commitment" text as the party's commitments. We added one thing the PDF does not give: which government would have to act, and why. Some policies are printed in more than one section with the same words. The zoning policy, for example, appears under climate, housing and public spaces. We list each repeated policy once, in the section where it fits best, and say on the other section's page where it went.
