Its argument is that schools are not being planned where students actually live, and that the board should stop selling land it will need when those neighbourhoods fill up. TEAM publishes a specific and checkable claim about swimming: that 50% of Vancouver children cannot swim, and that it would provide training so all of them can. We have not checked that figure.
