This is the largest published housing number on the 2026 ballot. OneCity commits to 4,000 affordable homes built on land the city already owns.

Building on city land is the lever a council actually controls directly, because the city does not have to buy the land first.

OneCity’s site said a full platform was coming when we checked on September 22, 2026, so no timeline, cost or site list has been published alongside the 4,000 figure.
