Pete Fry is a two-term sitting Vancouver city councillor. The party released a housing plan on September 16, 2026. It had not published a full platform document on its website when we checked on September 22, 2026. Its housing position is notably close to parties on the other side of this ballot on approvals and prefabrication, and splits from them on keeping Vancouver’s own building bylaw.
