## COPE on homelessness and drugs

COPE is the only party on this ballot that names both an end to homelessness and the tax that would pay for it in the same commitment.

On the drug crisis, COPE maintains support for safe supply and harm reduction, which is the opposite position to ABC’s ban on open-air use and TrueBlue’s recovery-first framing.
