The two pages do not agree on the year. The platform page says "0% property tax increase in 2027 for buyers & renters". The party home page describes the same commitment as applying to 2026. We have recorded the platform page wording, checked on September 22, 2026. A property tax freeze holds the rate, not the bill. Does a tax freeze mean my bill will not go up? No. A freeze holds the overall rate the city collects. Your own bill depends on how your property is assessed compared with everyone else’s. If your assessment rises faster than the city average, your bill can rise in a year when the rate is frozen. ABC Vancouver
