A certified candidate is one whose nomination the City Clerk has accepted. The list shows the nomination date as June 23, 2026. The Local's candidate page lists him with no biography and no platform. CP24 and CTV News Toronto published a Your 30 Seconds video of him on September 25, 2026, in which registered candidates were invited to make their case. voche.me read only the page around the video, not the video, so none of his spoken words is used. voche.me found no campaign website, statement or news report that it could confirm belongs to him. These are stated positions, not an assessment of results or a complete platform. No platform positions have been supplied. Research status ## What voche.me has checked Evidence reviewed on October 4, 2026: the City of Toronto's list of certified candidates, The Local's candidate page, and the CP24 page that holds his Your 30 Seconds video. Name, office and nomination date are as the City prints them. Gaps. The City's list shows no campaign website for him. The CP24 page is a video, and only its title and date were read. Web searches for his name returned election trackers that hold no positions for him. An earlier result in a search summary gave a placing for a Martin Fraser in the 2023 mayoral by-election. The City's declaration of results for that vote, which voche.me read, does not list that name, so no earlier candidacy is recorded here. Empty sections record that nothing was verified. They carry no judgment on what he may have said or done. The questionnaire has not been sent.
