A certified candidate is one whose nomination the City Clerk has accepted. The list shows the nomination date as August 17, 2026. It gives no campaign website for her. The City Clerk's declaration of results for the September 29, 2025 by-election lists her 10th among 20 candidates for Councillor in Ward 25, with 377 votes. Neethan Shan was elected with 5,174. The 20 declared totals add up to 19,260 votes, so her share was 2.0 percent, calculated by voche.me from those figures. The Local's 2025 and 2026 profiles name her as that by-election candidate and say she is a real estate broker at Keller Williams Referred Urban Realty. voche.me read no brokerage record, so the occupation is The Local's report. The Local's 2025 and 2026 profiles say she ran for school trustee in Ward 22 in 2022 and came second of four candidates. The City Clerk's declaration of results for the October 24, 2022 general election lists a Dianna Robinson second among 4 candidates for TDSB trustee in Ward 22, with 3,998 of the 14,392 votes declared for that race (27.8 percent, calculated by voche.me). Anu Sriskandarajah was elected with 6,338. The Local's naming of the race ties the entry to her. The Local's 2026 tracker, updated September 21, 2026, says that during the 2025 by-election she criticized the City for "wasteful spending" and criticized the provincial government over Bill 9, a law that set common rules for how Ontario municipalities handle misconduct by council members. It says she has no platform available as of its publication. Its 2025 profile quotes her saying on CTV News Toronto: "Like many other people, I'm just tired of what's going on, and I'd like to get in there and see if I can help." voche.me did not open the CTV broadcast, so these are The Local's reports of her words. TTCriders' Ward 25 page records "No response" from her to each of its 18 transit questions, and Build Canada's page lists her among the candidates who had not yet answered its questionnaire. Ward context. The City's Members of Council page for Ward 25 Scarborough-Rouge Park lists Councillor Neethan Shan, and the City Clerk's declaration of results for the September 29, 2025 by-election names him elected. The City's list of certified candidates shows 10 candidates for Councillor in the ward: Shawn Allen, Dharshan Casinathen, Ashan Fernando, Somas Kaneshapillai, Jannette Lumley, Zakir Patel, Dianna Robinson, Neethan Shan, Kannan S'ree Jr and Vane Stavrev. The 2025 by-election results name Robinson, Shawn Allen, Zakir Patel, Ashan Fernando and Neethan Shan among 20 candidates. The ward's community associations list a candidate marketplace on October 10, 2026 and a candidate forum on October 13, 2026, both after the research date. Gaps. The City's list gives no website for her, and no public social media account for her is named by the City or by any page voche.me read. The Local's profiles also describe a person of the same name in another Ontario municipality. The Local says it could not confirm that this is the candidate, voche.me found no second source, and none of that description is used. The City's decisions site returned HTTP 403, and she holds no public office on record, so no vote is cited. Empty sections record that nothing was verified. They carry no judgment on what she may have said or done. The questionnaire has not been sent.
