A certified candidate is one whose nomination the City Clerk has accepted. The list shows the nomination date as May 27, 2026 and the campaign website voteforaanchal.ca. Her website uses the shorter name Aanchal Vash. Her campaign website’s About page says she founded Reach Out Together in 2017 with 14 volunteers, and describes it as a volunteer-run Canadian non-profit that delivers mental health training, peer support and outreach for unhoused and underserved people, including street outreach in Ward 10. It also says she founded a real estate company, Eko Equities, that houses newcomer families, and that she is a certified Mental Health First Aid instructor. These are the campaign’s statements. voche.me did not check them against the non-profit’s or the company’s records. The Local’s Ward 10 tracker, updated as of September 21, 2026, says she is the founder of Reach Out Together, which provides outreach to unhoused people, support groups for immigrants and survivors of war, and mental health crisis response training. It adds that she is an inspirational speaker and the author of independently published self-help books, and that she has a detailed platform. Her website’s In the News page lists television interviews and print features, naming outlets such as CBC Metro Morning, CTV News and CHCH News, each with a link to watch. voche.me did not open any of them, so no statement from them is used and the appearances are the campaign’s listing. These are stated positions, not an assessment of results or a complete platform. 01 ### One place for City services, accountability, public spaces and wellbeing, as listed by her campaign Her home page lists four pillars, and her Platform page expands them. Connect 10 would be a single site to search every City rebate, permit and program, plus a free community event each month in a different neighbourhood. Affordability and Accountability would act on the Auditor General’s recommendations, shorten permit delays for small businesses and bring motions to lower costs for first-time home buyers. The other two pillars cover public spaces such as parks and courts, and community wellbeing, including housing for people on the street and affordable counselling.
