He gave the City a website and a Facebook account. Kitchissippi Times of October 2, 2026 reports that he graduated from Algonquin College with diplomas in Police Foundations and Social Service Worker, and that most recently he served as president of the Kiwanis Club of Kanata-Stittsville, where he helped set up a youth centre for students in Grades 7 to 12. His campaign website says he moved to Ottawa from England as a child and has lived in the city for more than 20 years, that he works in security, has volunteered in long-term care, has driven school buses, and served three years as President of the Kiwanis Club of Kanata-Stittsville. In the CTV News questionnaire he describes himself as a first-time candidate who founded and ran the Stittsville Youth Centre, and lists security, social services, youth programming and school transportation as his work. His website's questions page answers a question that says he moved to Bay Ward late last year. These are his own statements, and voche.me has not checked them with an employer, the club or the college. The CTV News questionnaire and Kitchissippi Times give two different ages for him, so this page states none. His platform has three pillars: Every Community, An Office You Can Reach, and From Your Street to City Hall. He says he reviewed four years of publicly disclosed ward expense records and found that Bayshore, Fairfield Heights, Carlingwood and McKellar Park had no identified direct neighbourhood investment in the records he reviewed. voche.me did not check those records. On city-wide questions he supports lower transit costs and longer transfer windows, would not support a new infrastructure levy, and in the CTV News questionnaire would not support a larger police budget without a thorough review of how the money is spent. The sources voche.me read hold no complaint or allegation about him. Read the full position The platform states the $80,000 as an approximate figure. He says he found uneven direct spending between neighbourhoods in four years of ward expense records. That is his own reading of the records.

Gaps. His Facebook page showed only its title, so his posts could not be read. His work history, club roles and diplomas rest on his own statements and one news report. His claims about ward expense records were not checked against the City's disclosure of office expenses. The two sources that give his age disagree, so no age is stated.
