The other nomination in the zone is Joshua Sargusingh, dated June 10, 2026. CTV News Ottawa’s guide of September 9, 2026 lists both and marks neither as acclaimed. The City’s page for this board could not be read, so voche.me relies on the open data file and on an Internet Archive copy of the City’s list of nominated candidates, last updated June 29, 2026, which shows no website or social media account for him. The board’s trustee page lists him as Board Trustee for Zone 7, which covers Ward 7 Bay and Ward 15 Kitchissippi, and names Notre Dame High School among the schools of the zone. CBC News listed him as the Zone 7 trustee-elect on October 23, 2018. The Kitchissippi Times printed a column on June 28, 2018 that is signed by Jeremy Wittet, Trustee, Zone 7, so he held the position before the 2018 election. The City’s official results for the October 24, 2022 election give him 1,855 of the 2,724 votes cast in the Zone 7 race, which is 68.1 percent. Danny Arrais had 869 votes. The board’s release of June 1, 2022 says that Trustee Spencer Warren brought forth a motion, which Vice-Chair Jeremy Wittet seconded, and the Board of Trustees approved, to fly the Pride flag at all board schools. In September 2020 the Kitchissippi Times quoted him on the start of the school year: he said the board chose a staggered start so that schools could keep physical distance, and that the board had invested in more staff, including extra custodians for enhanced cleaning. These are his statements as printed, and voche.me has not checked them. The board’s Board Motions Registry for 2025 to 2026 names Trustee Wittet as the mover or seconder of motions at board meetings from October 14, 2025 to May 12, 2026. The registry lists no vote counts and no names of trustees who voted for or against, so voche.me cannot say how he voted on any motion. His X profile calls him Trustee for Zone 7 of the board. voche.me found no 2026 campaign website or statement from him. The sources read hold no complaint or allegation about him. These are stated positions, not an assessment of results or a complete platform. No platform positions have been supplied. Research status ## What voche.me has checked Evidence reviewed on October 7, 2026: the City’s open data file of nominations and its 2022 official results for the Zone 7 race, an Internet Archive copy of the City’s list of nominated candidates for this board (last updated June 29, 2026), the board’s trustee page, its releases of October 26, 2022 and June 1, 2022 and its Board Motions Registry for 2025 to 2026, CBC News of October 23, 2018, two Kitchissippi Times articles of 2018 and 2020, the CTV News Ottawa guide of September 9, 2026, and the public part of his X profile. Gaps. The City’s page for the Ottawa Catholic School Board could not be read: ottawa.ca returns an empty page to automated requests, and the Internet Archive holds no copy of the certified list. The only archived copy is the City’s list of nominated candidates last updated June 29, 2026. No campaign website or 2026 statement from him was found, so no priorities are shown. The registry gives no individual votes, and the board posts agendas as shared documents and videos of meetings that voche.me did not watch. His posts on X need a login and were not read. The voche.me questionnaire has not been sent. 03 / Background ## Experience & community June 2018 or earlier to present ### Trustee, Ottawa Catholic School Board, Zone 7 A Kitchissippi Times column of June 28, 2018 is signed by him as Zone 7 trustee.
