The City's list gives no website or social media account for him. The City's list of elected officials for 2022 to 2026 names Glen Gower as Councillor for Ward 6, and CBC News reported that Gower is not seeking re-election, so no sitting member is running in this ward. CBC News describes him as someone who has run an anime and Pokémon shop at the Stittsville Flea Market, and reported that he said so at the September 17, 2026 debate. In the CTV News questionnaire he gives his age as 32 and says he founded Devin's Hidden Shop, sat on the Stittsville village board, founded the Kanata Stittsville Community Building and Infrastructure Group, filmed local debates, and holds a bachelor of arts from the University of Ottawa and a project management certificate. In the Stittsville Central questions he says he is not a career politician and competed as a sprinter at the Canadian national championships. These are his own statements, and voche.me has not checked them with the university, the board or the group. His CTV News answer lists guarantees that include no skyscrapers in Stittsville, no high-density development without roads, the Robert Grant Avenue link to Palladium Drive built before 2030, three extra crews for Stittsville potholes and one for wild parsnip, a new Stittsville fire truck and a priority on the Kanata-Stittsville health hub. In the Stittsville Central questions he adds that he would accept no developer donations and would serve one term. In the Stittsville Central growth article he proposes a holding provision under the Planning Act (a rule that holds back building) that would block building permits for unserviced subdivision phases until binding contracts for major road improvements are signed. At the debate on September 17, 2026, Stittsville Central reported that he made Carp Road his top priority and said the project was delayed because the City has not kept good relationships with affected property owners. CBC News reported that he spoke out about developer influence in Stittsville. CBC News also reported that it sent him its questionnaire and received no response by the deadline. The sources voche.me read hold no complaint or allegation about him.
