Real Estate News Exchange reported on December 13, 2021 that Jedreicich was senior vice-president of development at Keltic Canada Development when the company closed a purchase of 27 acres of industrial land beside the Richmond Olympic Oval for more than $300 million.
In a podcast interview published December 15, 2021, Jedreicich said the training was in architecture and that the move to Vancouver happened around 2005, after which a recruiter opened the way into real estate development.
