Richmond News reported that Hobbs, Au and Loo had voted at committee to allow homes there with lower buildings. Hobbs said a review of the governance structure was timely, that the current board had made good decisions such as removing the chief executive position, and that he had no preconception whether the Oval should stay a corporation or move under the City.
