With one candidate for Councillor and School Trustee, it is asking for a voice on those bodies rather than control of them. Common Sense is not running a candidate for mayor, so it is contesting Councillor and School Trustee only. 1 OF 8 SEATS CONTESTED ## Councillor [**Kenny Chiu**](https://voche.me/bc/richmond-2026/candidates/kenny-chiu) 1 OF 7 SEATS CONTESTED ## School Trustee [**Alice Wong**](https://voche.me/bc/richmond-2026/candidates/alice-wong) ### Common Sense is not running for Mayor No Common Sense candidate appears on the official City of Richmond candidate list for this race. A blank here records that, and nothing more. ### How a candidate is linked to a party Only the official City of Richmond candidate list decides which party a candidate belongs to on this site. A party's own list of candidates is not enough on its own, and a candidate running with no party is never attached to one. ## Sources A source marked SAYS SO ITSELF is the party's own material. It proves what the party claims, not that the claim is true. 1.
