Pollara Strategic Insights released its final tracking poll for the 2026 British Columbia provincial election on October 23, the day before voters go to the polls. The firm surveyed 2,202 British Columbians aged 18 and older between October 15 and 21, 2026. The [Conservative Party of BC](/bc/provincial-2026/parties/conservative-party-of-bc) stood at 42 percent among decided voters, the [BC NDP](/bc/provincial-2026/parties/bc-ndp) at 37 percent, and the [BC Green Party](/bc/provincial-2026/parties/bc-green-party) at 13 percent. The margin of error is plus or minus 2.1 percentage points, 19 times out of 20.

The race was tied at the start of the campaign, according to Pollara. Both parties stood at 38 percent among decided voters when the campaign began. The Conservative Party of BC moved to 40 percent before the October 14 leaders' debate, with the BC NDP at 37 percent. Pollara says all field work for this final wave took place after the October 14 debate.

## How the numbers shifted

Pollara surveyed voters across seven waves during the campaign. The final wave ran from October 15 to 21, the last full week before voting day. The firm used online surveys and IVR surveys. The sample for this wave was 2,202 respondents.

When undecided voters are included, the Conservative Party of BC sat at 36 percent and the BC NDP at 31 percent. Eight percent of respondents said they had not yet decided. The decided-voter figures cited above remove that group.

Pollara also published an adjusted projected popular vote for the 93 districts. That projection placed the Conservative Party of BC at 45 percent, the BC NDP at 39 percent, the BC Green Party at 12 percent, [OneBC](/bc/provincial-2026/parties/onebc) at 2 percent, and [Centre BC](/bc/provincial-2026/parties/centre-bc) at 2 percent. These are Pollara's own figures.

## The other parties

The BC Green Party at 13 percent among decided voters was unchanged from some earlier Pollara waves. The party ran candidates in most of the 93 districts. The adjusted popular vote projection gave the Greens 12 percent.

OneBC and Centre BC each appeared at 2 percent in the adjusted popular vote projection. Neither appeared as a separate line in the decided-voter figures Pollara published.
