The member biography on the legislature site and his ministry biography say he played for the Indian national basketball team, holds a master's degree in philosophy and a master's in public administration, and led the Surrey Self Employment and Entrepreneur Development Society (SEEDS). voche.me treats these pages as his own account and did not check these facts with another body.

In the legislature in 2026 he spoke on the budget, answered questions on mining permits and a sales tax change, and led the Ministry of Mining and Critical Minerals through its budget debate on April 29 and 30. His campaign page says he is committed to building up Surrey, naming a new hospital and a SkyTrain extension.
