Elections BC lists Deep Sandhu as the Conservative Party of BC candidate in Vancouver-Fraserview. The same list shows Francoise Raunet (BC Green Party) and Aman Singh (BC NDP). In 2024 George Chow of the BC NDP won the district with 11,896 votes (57.18%). The Conservative candidate then, Jag S Sanghera, had 7,618 votes (36.62%). Deep Sandhu is not in the 2024 statement of votes for this district.
His page on the Conservative Party of BC website names him Deep Singh Sandhu and describes him as a businessman, longshoreman and community engagement specialist with over two decades of leadership and entrepreneurial experience. It says he has worked in forestry, real estate and asset management, and has lived in Vancouver for over 35 years. The page says he holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Marketing from the University of Northern British Columbia (UNBC) and is a former Reservist in the Canadian Armed Forces.
