01 / Introduction
## About Ben Holt
Elections BC lists Ben Holt as the BC Green Party candidate in North Vancouver-Seymour. On the copy of the list stamped October 3, 2026 2:00:06 PM, which is after nominations closed at 1 p.m. that day, three candidates are shown for the district: Lynne Block (Conservative Party), Susie Chant (BC NDP) and Ben Holt (BC Green Party).
voche.me found nothing that Ben Holt or the party has published about him. The BC Green Party's candidates page lists 33 candidates on October 3, 2026 and he is not one of them. The address where his candidate page would sit returns HTTP 404, the party's own site search finds no page with his name, and the page for the party's North Vancouver riding association does not name him. No age, occupation, employer, education or past public role is recorded here, because no source opened in this research states one.
BC Ballot, a voter information site, says it found no previous run, term or finance report for him in provincial, federal or local records. voche.me did not check those records itself.
In 2024 the BC Green Party's candidate in this district, Subhadarshi Tripathy, received 1,722 votes (5.61 percent), according to Elections BC's statement of votes. Susie Chant won for the BC NDP with 16,210 votes (52.77 percent). voche.me has not contacted the campaign.

BC Ballot
No campaign website, BC Green Party candidate page, social media account, news report, all-candidates meeting or endorsement for Ben Holt was found on 2026-10-03. The party's candidates page lists 33 candidates and not him, his candidate page address returned HTTP 404, and the party's site search and site map hold no page with his name. The name search was limited: the WebSearch tool had reached its usage limit, Bing returned unrelated pages, DuckDuckGo showed a verification test and Google News returned no item naming him. Pages about other people named Ben Holt appeared, and nothing ties any of them to the candidate, so none is used. No biography, occupation, education or earlier public role is recorded. The District of North Vancouver's council page and the North Vancouver school board's trustee page could not be opened at the addresses tried, so those two bodies were not checked for his name. BC Ballot also lists a fourth possible candidate for the district, Lori Climenhaga (CentreBC), as announced by her party; she is not on the Elections BC list read here, so she is not recorded as a candidate. The BC Green Party's own plan page says its full platform is coming soon. The questionnaire has not been sent.
Research status
## What voche.me has checked
Evidence reviewed on 2026-10-03: the Elections BC candidate list, key dates page and 2024 statement of votes; the BC Green Party's candidates page, plan page and North Vancouver riding association page; the party's site search and site map; the BC Ballot pages for him and for the district; the City of North Vancouver's council page; and name searches. The name search was limited: the WebSearch tool had reached its usage limit, so voche.me used Bing, Google News and DuckDuckGo pages directly. Bing returned only unrelated pages, DuckDuckGo showed a verification test, and Google News returned no item naming him.
No campaign website, party candidate page, social media account, news report or statement of his own was found, so the sections for priorities, experience, talks and coverage are empty. The commitments listed below are the BC Green Party's platform, which does not name him. An empty section records what voche.me did not find on this date. The candidate may have published material that these searches did not reach.
