No campaign website, social media account tied to this candidacy, interview or public statement from this candidate was found on 2026-10-02, so her background, her positions on every scored issue and her reasons for running are unknown. The address adilashaukat.bcndp.ca, the pattern the party uses for its candidates' pages, did not load: it sends the reader back to the same address in a loop. The BC NDP's online candidate list held 52 names on 2026-10-02 and did not include Chilliwack North, and no party release found names her. Searches for the name return Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn accounts under the same name. These sites need a sign-in, and no page voche.me read ties any of them to this candidacy, so nothing from them is used. A provincial order in council of February 17, 2025 names an Adila Shaukat as a staff member in the Office of the Premier. No page voche.me read ties that appointment to this candidate, so it is not used. A person should check whether the two are the same person before it is added. No portrait was found that the candidate or the party published. All-candidates meetings in the district, campaign finances and endorsements were not found on this date. Nominations close October 3, 2026, so other candidates may still be added. The questionnaire has not been sent.
Research status

Web searches covered the name alone and with Chilliwack, the district, NDP and British Columbia. The sites of the Chilliwack Progress, Fraser Valley Today, the Fraser Valley Current and the BC NDP were searched for the name.
No campaign website, readable social media post, interview or statement from this candidate was found. The party entries below are the BC NDP's own text, and none of it names Adila Shaukat. An empty section records what voche.me did not find on this date.
