It says One Delta supports the Province's requirement to update the Official Community Plan every five years and looks forward to that consultation in the next term. On building safety, the platform promises to fight provincial changes that weaken the requirement for two independent exits in multi-storey residential buildings and to keep that requirement in Delta's own bylaws.
